To the same directory on the Win 2K machine
that you find them in on the Win 95 machine.

Why search on the Win 2K machine? The information
that you need to copy is on the Win 95 machine.

The .acl file extension is used by MS Office for AutoCorrect List files, and MS Access Control List files.
AFAIK they are not used by AutoComplete......I presume you mean AutoComplete in Internet Explorer.
In what way did the import of the Registry key fail?
What happened when you tried to import the key you exported from the other machine?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\IntelliForms\SPW
