How to transfer auto-complete info

I'd like to know how to transfer the auto-complete
infomation from window 95 machine to window 2000 machine.

Which autocomplete information?
If you mean this below, then try exporting the Registry key on Win95
with Regedit and merging it in to the Win2K machine.
(No guarantees it will work)

AutoComplete, User Names and Passwords on Forms:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\IntelliForms\SPW
