Updating to at 256 colors

I have a freind that got a gateway 2000 from another
person. It contains a windows 95 operating system It works
fine the only thing is when you go to change the number of
colors in display in control panel you only have a choice
of 16 colors or monochrome is there a way download more
colors for her and where would I do this.

You need to install the correct drivers for the video card. You
should be able to download a driver from the Gateway website.
