In my search, I found the file you seek at the following
locales (and I'm sure there are more):

1. http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads6/15103.html

2. http://www.usb-drivers.com/drivers/40/40438.htm
                      -or-
  http://www.usb-drivers.com/drivers/48/48333.htm

You may also need to go to the following site to download
three other files that are not a part of the USBSUPP.EXE
file you seek, yet are necessary and usually located
elsewhere on the CD...download them to your
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder:

1.  members.aol.com/htmlsue/hidusb.htm

Good luck!
