upgrading to win 98

Can some one please tell me how I can upgrade from
windows95 to  windows 98. I do not have a windows 98 disk.

You will have to buy a Win98 CD.
Try ebay or a large computer store.

Then you'll have to buy one. You'll need a full retail CD or an
upgrade CD. Avoid OEM CDs, since they won't upgrade an existing
system. And go all the way to Win98SE, which has more complete and
bug-free USB support. Many peripherals and much software specify
Win98SE as a minimum requirement.
