Windows 95 internet explorer 5.5 tools

I have a laptop with windows95 preinstalled problem
children deleted internet tools5.5 from system, now
windows won't load at all cannot use CD  to reinstall as
laptop notebook only has a floppy drive so have big
problem any suggestions.

Another procedure to try is to obtain an "undelete" program, I got one with
my Mcafee utilities. It must be the type that works from a floppy. If you
know somebody who has one, you might be able to restore the whole folder. It
might be worth the try. it has saved some of my own blunders in the past!
