can't read mail!!

Am presently using Windows '95 and a lot of the e-mail I
receive cannot be read as it is in a 'different language.'
I've been told that I can download something which will
convert the mail for me. I believe the glitch in not
being able to read the mail is because it is being sent MS
Word whereas we use corel.

Please let me know if there is something available which
will convert the mail for me.
