A lot of places online sell the oem version of windows
95, and I cannot find a non-oem version for sale. How
does the oem version differ from the normal version?

At this point in time, there is no difference that matters to you. If you
are getting an OEM version and can get OSR2 - OEM Service Release 2 - also
called Windows 95 B - then you are way ahead of the game.

the OEM versions often have drivers for specific hardware and additional
add on's

the OEM versions may have a win95 folder on them...
and if you run setup from there...you will get a "generic" installation
