My comuter has Windows 95 I want to install windows 98SE.
On the CD Win 98 SE  said "Fo distribution with a new
PC", the problem is I don't have the original CD system
for the computer.  If there a problem?

That's probably an OEM disk. OEM disks are intended to be installed on
blank disks, they will not upgrade an existing system (that's one
reason they're so cheap).  You may be able to get around that, look
here: http://home.satx.rr.com/badour/html/upgrade.html
