am able to receive and read but suddenly unable to reply, forward or send. don't know how to correct error.

Exactly what happens when you try to send an email, or reply to one?
Are there any error messages?
What program are you using to send email?

Verify the outgoing mail server name and the outgoing mail
user name are correct.
