I have Windows 95, 64 RAM.

I use many applications, like Word, Intranet
Applications, Banking Applications. The Computer acts
crazy sometimes, and I have to restart the computer.

Is my RAM size not enough, or is there another problem.
I keep having to delete all tmp files from
c:\windows\temp, and then restart my computer.

Please Help,
Love,
Layla

"The Computer acts crazy sometimes" is not enough information for anyone to figure out what the problem is.

You explanation -- "The Computer acts crazy" -- does not tell enough;
you did not describe what actually happens.

You do have enough RAM . . . for anything. RAM is not the issue.

You could be dealing with a virus. Do you have antivirus software? Is
this software up to date?

You could have installed an application program that does not work
right.

Some suggestions --

Install antivirus software if you do not already have some. Make sure
its id up to date.

Start Internet Explorer, drop the Tools menu, and choose Internet
Options. Set the capacity for Tenporary Internet files to a smaller
number, maybe half of whatever it is now. Set the capacity for History
to seven days.

Download and run Ad_Aware.

Download and install EasyCleaner. Ask EasyCleaner to identify and
delete extraneous entries from the Registry and unnecessary files.

Click on Programs, Accessories, System Tools. Then run System Cleanup.

Restart the system in Safe Mode and then run Disk Defragmenter (which
is also in Programs, Accessories, System Tools.
