i have an old 486 dx computer running at 66 mhz i have a
new computer now but my wee brothern accidently formatted
my old one so i unformatted it with a cheap program but
now the computer unformating software says that i need to
reinstal windosw to get my important files back but i dont
have the win 3.1 or win 95 version a floppy disks to
reinstrall windows as they got wreched accidently how can
i get those old operating systems ??????

Depending on what you are trying to get from your old HD
you might want to just try some old Norton undelete
software and see if you can see the files you lost.
Boot up on an old DOS disk to see if you can see any of
your files.
