I couln't installed windows 98 because I received a
message "Your computer already has an operating system
installed....... message SV0168.
Could you help me What do I have to do to?

You have an OEM disk. OEM disks are intended to be installed on
blank disks, they will not upgrade an existing system (that's one
reason they're so cheap). You may be able to get around that, look
here: http://home.satx.rr.com/badour/html/upgrade.html
