Install windows 98 SE

Could you explain how to install windows 98 SE full
version in a computer with windows 95.

You should be able to run the program named "setup.exe" that is on the
Win98 CD-ROM.

What happens when you try this?

If it's a full, retail CD just stick it in the drive and go, it will
upgrade your existing operating system. If it's an OEM CD, it won't
willingly do that (that's one reason they are so cheap). You may be
able to make it do what you want anyway, look here:
