My computer at first was fine. One day, AOL stopped working, then the
internet would not come up. Only e-mail. After that, I decided to install aol
3.0, and it worked. After a while, some reason caused it break. After that, I
reinstalled aol 3.0, yet now my computer, when gets onto the login screen for
windows users, i enter it in, yet it freezes, and the sound is frozen. Then,
a blue screen comes on with weird words on it. It happens all the time, and I
don't understand, what can i do to fix it?
Thank you,

That "blue screen comes on with weird words on it" is probably the
essential information that we need in order to be able to help you
with your problem.

Next time the blue screen comes up please write down *exactly* what it
says on the screen and include that information in a reply back here.

Every word and every character in the parameters can be critical to
diagnosing the actual cause so please make sure that you get it right.

Good luck
