d98 disk ownloading win 98

after downloading win98 on my computer it came to when it
asked me re-inset the 98 and it showed i needed to copy
the C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM\PRECOPY  on the com. I did but when
i press ok it come back,it is not accepting it i dont
know what the problem is so if thereis anyone there who
can help me that would be great

To get assistance with your problem you will have to describe exactly the
steps you are taking and exactly the messages you are getting.  What you
have described is not part of a typical Windows 98 installation.
