That really depends on your systems hardware (CPU, RAM,
USB, etc.), but in a general sense, yes. Check with your
DSL provider regarding requirements for the software and
hardware requirements of their service. Note that
something that runs on Win98se may not run on Win98, make
sure your operating system is listed in the requirements.
(Sometimes they use Windows 9x to indicate all versions of
Win95-98se.)
