Defrag Problem

My defrag program opens but stays at 0% and never looks
like its running. If there a way to reinstall it?

Have a look here for troubleshooting Defrag problems:

Often the easy solution is to run Defrag from Safe Mode.

Another option is to do do Defrag from a clean boot.
