I have had a computer since 1995,which was loaded with
Windows 95,then in 1999 I purchased Windows 98SE,I have
always had a small NEC 2.100 GB, HHD,recently I bought
Seagate 4.3 HHD,when I tried to loaded it,it went through
it's performance and then at the end it stopped and a
window came up saying compliance check and then went on to
say, setup has searched the specified directory but cannot
find any of the qualifying products. If you are not a
licensed user of one of the qualifying products you must
use the full version of windows 98.Micrsoft does not allow
you to use this upgrade version version. Question ? what
do I need to buy now ? Any help would be appreciated. Jack

If you have the win98 upgrade cd
you need to insert your win95 cd to use for verification of a previous
version of windows
