Deleteing partitions on disk

I have a hard drive that has a extended NT DOS partition.
When I try to delete it I get the message must delete the
logical drives first. When I try to delete the logical it
then tells me there are no logical drives. How can I
delete these partitions so I can use the entire disk.

to delete *everything* all at once

run aefdisk /delall
