I began running disk defrag last night around 9pm and as
of 11am this morning, it is still running but the details
show 0% complete still....is this normal? My hard drive is
only 13GB.

Any advice? Thanks in advance

if you got a boot disc...put it in floopy and boot to it
at the a: type scandisk
once it scans disk it will ask if you want do a surface
scan hit yes see if hd has any bad sectors in it..this
will repair drive to a point where defrag will work but
not all time
