Greetings all.

First, I installed a brand new HD with XP to run my
machine.  I saved my old HD with Win98 still on it.  Now
my XP HD won't boot XP, so I've switched by to the Win98
HD and everything is fine, though I want to be able to
burn some files from the XP HD before I reformat the XP
HD.  Any suggestions on how to do this?  I've tried every
combination of HD jumper configurations.

Thanks,
Steve.

If XP was installed on an NFFS partition, W98 cannot see it without
help:  http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/ntfswin98.shtml

What you need to do is provide full details of the XP boot problem in a
post to an XP newsgroup and seek help solving it.
