Cannot find win.com

When I try to load windows, I get the error cannot find
win.com.

I also get these errors;
The following files are missing or corrupted
c:\windows
himem.sys
dblbuff.sys
ifshlp.sys

Are those files on C: ?

Try starting if Safe mode(tap the F8 key during bootup).  If
this works, rename the "c:\autoexec.bat" file to "autoexec.bak"
and restart normally.
