When the thing comes on it goes through the System Ram
passed and Extended Ram passed Cache SRAM passed...all
that..but then whether I use my 95CD or floppy start up
disk...it tells me to remove disks or other media...any
key to restart....then it says...missing operating
system...How do I get passed this to reinstall windows??

The error message usually means that the hard drive has failed, and the
inability to boot from other media usually means that you need to go into
the BIOS (hardware configuration) options to select a different boot drive.
