Keyboard mapping from Second edition 98 disc

Trying to change keyboard from American English to British.
Says to load 98 disc then says cant find file - does
anyone know a way round this

Generally, when a file cannot be found, the system is looking in the wrong
place.  If there is a browse button, show the system where the system files
are located (W98 CD or HDrive).
