I am trying to run scan disk but I keep on getting this
error:  Scan disk cannot continue because a program such
as a disk utility has locked this drive.
No other programs are running so I am stumped on this
issue.
Any answers?

Hi,

To fix the problem, perform the following steps:

1. Restart your computer in DOS using the Windows startup disk.
2. At the command prompt type scandisk, and then press ENTER.
3. Scandisk will fix the problem.
4. Remove the Start up disk, and then restart your computer.

NOTE: If you are not having startup disk, you can download the startup
disk from the following URL:

www.bootdisk.com
