I have Windows 98. It's on Drive C:. I installed a second
hard-drive and partitioned it(Drive D:, E:, & F:). I want
to erase Drive C: and Reinstall the OS. When I try it,
Windows erases and partially installs on drive E:. How can
I force it to erase and install on Drive C: with out
disconnecting the other drive? Thank You Evis

is your bios still properly recognizing your original drive?

if so, all you have to do is format it...then install windows...

by default it will install onto your C: drive   watch carefully when you
install...

you should see the default as C:\windows   (although there will be an option
to specify a different path)

Please repost with more information, including how you know the "E:"
drive is being used.
