Like the Subject line says; Windows 98 states my 20GB
hard drive is only 2GB in size. I have re-formatted and
fdisked the drive, checked the jumpers and even made sure
that my PC's BIOS acknowledges that the drive is 20GB.
But, why would Windows say it is only 2GB? I am stumped
and other than getting a new hard drive, I am at a loss
as to what to do.
Any help given will be greatly appreciated.

Right click C: partition, properties--if the file system says: fat
then you have created a fat 16 partition that is limited to 2 gb. If it
says: fat 32 then you either made a 2 gb partition or you are using
a machine with an old BIOS that is limited to 2gb. Corrective action
depends on what you find.
