Get a boot manager and a partitioning program. Create a second primary
partition to install the second system to. You use the boot manager to
select which system will start at boot. This is what I use:
BootIt Next Generation: http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/ is a *full
function* demo you can try for free for 30 days. It does partitioning,
shoots a compressed image and is a boot manager. It is not quite as
easy to use as Partition Magic but it is less than half the cost and has

As long as it is a version that will work with your systems, yes it will
work fine. I think the boot manager is Boot Magic and you would need to
install that as well.
