If you just reinstalled Windows, or you cannot change to 256, 16 bit, or 32
bit color, you probably need to reinstall your video card drivers.
To reinstall your video card drivers, you need to know the exact make and
model of your video card in order to install the correct/updated drivers.
There are several ways to determine what kind of video card you have.
1. Check the manual that came with your PC.
2. You can open your PC tower and look at the video card and note the name
and numbers printed on it.
3. You can download and run this program. It might be able to determine
what kind of video card you have.

You can find the info you need to post in Aida32 by clicking the + sign next
to Computer and clicking Summary. You can Right click the information to
copy it.
The easiest way to copy the needed Aida32 information is to click Report,
select Quick Report Summary, Plain Text. Copy and paste this link into the
Internet Explorer Address Bar to see an example.
