Dear Support Staff,

I recently switched DSL providers from Earthlink to SBC-
Yahoo! And ever since then, I have not been able to access
secure web sites (https: sites, logon/password
registration sites, etc.). The good people at SBC-Yahoo!
have told me that this is not a DSL issue, but rather a
Windows issue. They instructed me to contact you about
this because it is most likely my "settings" that are
causing the problem. Please help me resolve this issue so
that I can access secure web sites with my browser.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Best,

Mark Heidelberger

You do not have a display problem--it is a problem with IE so I suggest you
contact the IE experts.  Scroll back up the Community Newsgroups list to
Internet Technologies for an IE/OE problem.
