Opening folders in same window

If I open a folder another window opens.
How can I change the setting so folder opens in the same window?
Just rebuilt pc after drive crashed and but cant find where to change
setting

Open either Explorer or MyComputer.
On the menu bar click View > Folder Options > General tab.
Put a check next to Custom..........
Click the Settings button.
Under Browse folder...... put a tic next to "Open each folder in its own window".
Click Ok > Apply > Ok
