When I try to open the "help" menu on my Win98se, I can get to where it
searches for topics and open that but when I highlight which statement is my
problem and click next, I get a blank white page.  It doesn't tell me what I
have to do to help me out.  How can I restore my help menu??  Thanx  Patty

Did you recently install a security update?

If so, get the TS work around fix at:
http://mvps.org/PracticallyNerded/SoftFixes.htm

If not, do a find on your hard drive for:  tshoot.inf   If it is not found,
open Explorer and on the toolbar click, View, Folder Options and View tab.
Mark the box, Show all files.  Do the find again.  When found, right click
the file and select install.
