Can you put a slideshow from my pictures on your
screensaver on windows 98.

No, thankyou for asking though. I really don't have the need for your slideshow as
my screensaver. Now with that said, let's get down to the nitty-gritty.

If you have an application that can save your slideshow as a .scr format, then you
can use it as a screensaver. You can not just change the extension, you must save it
as a .scr.

If your application doesn't have the ability to do so, then try the free Irfanview
which can create slideshows and save them as a .scr.

It has also been suggested to download the plugins for other support.

Hi:

I know this is stupid, but in cleaning up my pc, i cleaned
out almost all of my screensaver optionss, such as the
deep sea one with the fish and seahorse and bubbles.  Is
there anyway i can retrieve those without having to re-
install Windows (98) altogether?

Thanks!
Marya

Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Windows Setup tab. I
don't recall where the screensavers are but I think they are under Accessories.
Either double click For details on each category or click once on a category and
click details.
