When installing a game, message came up

"This application uses CTL3D32.DLL which has not been
correctly installed. CTL3D32.DLL must be installed in the
Windows Directory".

Do I follow the same advice as given to Suzanne (Sept
16th 1.32PM)?

I am having display problems - are these two related?

Many thanks in anticipation,
Erika.
