Can't open JPEG Files

Suddenly can't open JPEG files. Get message to go to My
Computer-->View-->Folder Options, but can't make that work.

Please help!

You don't say what you tried to use as the application to open in File
Types. The standard is iexplore.exe but you may find this easier:
