My taskbar has moved to the vertical position on my screen
while the icons remain vertical beside it. how do I change
the taskbar to the bottom of the display?

Hi Lori,

Put the mouse arrow in a blank area next to the clock, hold the left
mouse button down and drag the task bar to where you would like it
and release the button.
