Recycling Bin

ill try and write this so u can understand.

at work, an important file was deleted from my computer, i went in2 the
recycle bin and restored it.

but now, i would like 2 know if theres anyway 2 find out when it was
deleted..

There's no easy way to tell, no. An expert in deep-diving the hard drive
*might* be able to figure it out, or perhaps some other type of detective
work eventually discover it, but it's very, very unlikely, especially in
Windows 9x.
