hi
i was wondering if anyone knew where could i find some documentation
on the ms-dos debug command.also if anyone knows a windows based
(freeware or shareware) application which can perform the same
opeartions as debug.

If you are referring to the debug command script that will erase a drive
(which is the most common reason for wanting to run debug) then look here
for ZAP or Wipe.

Otherwise, just google on Windows Debugger for a vast array of utilities.
