no more drive c space

i have no more space in my drive c.
i diskcleaned, defragmentized, emptied bins and deleted
some temp internet files.what else can i do or should i
convert space using fat32?
please help

If your partition is FAT16 then you will gain 10%-20% more space by
converting to FAT32.  Do you have other drives available?  If so, then you
should uninstall applications that are installed on the C drive and
re-install them on another drive.  Otherwise, install a larger hard drive.
