Hi,

I'm trying to delete a folder containing sub-folders and
files with unreadable file names.  When I click delete, I
get the error message: Cannot delete file: File system
error (1026).

I've tried the MS Knowledge Base but to no avail.

Hope somebody can advise!  Thks!

You should be able to delete the files from MSDos mode.  If you don't know how, post back with the path (location) and name of the folder you want to delete.
