reformat after fat 32

have a computer that i need to clean up and reformat but
its been converted to fat 32 and doesnt seem to have
uninstall for win98. how do i do it.please help

Believe when the partition was converted, a message was displayed saying it
was undoable...
Partition Magic and other partitioning software have the ability to change
both the FAT and size of a partition.  But not any native MS software for
Win98.

You don't have to uninstall Windows in order to clean up and reformat. See:
