I have Windows 98 and drive is formatted as FAT32. I
have accidentally deleted an important file and
emptied "Recycle Bin". Also I deleted another file by
using [Shift]+[Del] (that is by bypassing "Recycle Bin").
How can I recover my files?
Hello,
Try:
Download the DiskPatch demo > execute diskpatch.exe, this will extract files
to the folder specified by you > run the extracted file 'dp.exe'.
DiskPatch for Windows will now display all deleted files/folders (look in
the original location, not the recycly bin). All files '++' can be recovered
intact, files not marked this way weren't stored in contiguous clusters and
may corrupt/damaged after recovery. Simply select those files and copy them
to *another* disk or partition.
Please note that this DiskPatch functionality is free and not supported. In
other words, this works in the demo as well.
Good luck!

Hi Sanaullah,
Here's another possibility.
Restoration: Restore files which are deleted from the recycle bin by
mistake.
