Win 98 SE Can't accessw more than 64 GB on 100 GB Partition

... although i have updated my version of fdisk...
What am i doing wrong?

What do you mean 'can't access'?  Do you mean that there is an error when
the system accesses disk space beyond the 64Gb point?  What is the error
message?

Or do you mean that FDISK won't see more than 64Gb of disk space, or do you
mean that it can see the whole disk but won't create a partition larger than
64Gb, or something else?
