Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Disks / File System / November 2003DLL error message
When starting my computer with Windows 98 I get the following message: Error Starting Program A required .DLL file, SMACKW32DLL was not found. I click OK twice and everything seems to work fine. What is this error message and how do I fix it?
