how do i create a second partition when the primary
already uses 100% space? using fdisk utility on command

FDISK can create a new partition if there is unused space on the
drive. If your existing partition uses all the space, then there is
nothing you can do.

you'd have to *destroy* data to do so
as you'd have to first delete you primary partition

you might want to look at 3rd party software such as partition magic
to so so non-destructively

Three products that can re-size the existing partition to give you room to
create a new partition are Partition Magic (Powerquest), Partition Resizer,
and BootitNG.  There are probably others.
