Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Disks / File System / October 2003error msg. msn32.dll
When starting the computer I receive the message unable to load the Dynamic Link Library msn32.dll The system cannot find the file specified. What does this mean and what can I do to fix it? Did you spell the name right?
