file problem error

I have been trying ti load a program in my computer but I
keep getting this message "invalid INI FILE:E\setup. INI
WHAT CAN i DO?

If you are installing from the E drive (for instance, that's where the
installation CD is) then either the CD is corrupted or the installation
(INI) file is being accessed incorrectly.  You could try copying the whole
CD into a folder on the hard drive and installing from there.
