I know how to make a boot disk put how can i copy the
Sys files on to a boot disk so they
LOAD AND INSTALL on my pc from the dike (in DOS) beucse
my pc will not boot one of the sys files got changed.

You should be able to copy files between floppies by using A and B drive
letters. For instance, if you use a command like
COPY A:CD-ROM.SYS B:
then you will be asked to remove the source disk and insert the destination
disk so the file can be copied from one floppy to another.

Boot to the a: drive with a bootable disk in drive a
then type sys c:
this wil transfer the system disk to the c drive
and will be bootable
