Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Disks / File System / November 2003problems opening "project kick start" - dll may be missing?
A tech support said I may be missing or have a bad .dll file. I may be missing that kernal32.dll. Any ideas on how to search and/or reinstall a .dll? Do you mean kernel32.dll? If you were missing this file or if it was damaged then Windows wouldn't run (as the name suggests).
